July 2026 marked a special milestone in the journey of Big Leap Research – 11 years of growth, development, and contribution to clinical research in Vietnam.
To celebrate this occasion, Big Leap Research organized anniversary activities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, bringing together the Company’s leadership and team members. More than a celebration of the journey so far, this year’s anniversary carried a special significance: for the first time, Big Leap Research officially introduced its new Board of Directors to all employees, marking an important transition into the Company’s next stage of development.
11 Years of Legacy – A New Chapter Begins
Since its establishment in 2015, Big Leap Research has steadily built its team, expanded its network, and strengthened its capabilities in supporting and conducting clinical research in Vietnam.
Each stage of development has brought its own challenges, but these experiences have also helped shape the values that continue to define Big Leap Research today: commitment to quality, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
The 11th anniversary was therefore not only an opportunity to look back on the milestones achieved, but also a moment for Big Leap Research to prepare for its next chapter with a strengthened governance structure and a clearer direction for future growth.
Introducing the New Board of Directors
One of the most significant moments of this year’s celebration was the official introduction of Big Leap Research’s new Board of Directors.
For the first time, the members of the new Board appeared together and were formally introduced to the entire Big Leap Research team:
- Mr. Pham Thu Trieu – Chairman of the Board of Directors
- Ms. Truong Thi Thuy Nga – Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors
- Ms. Nguyen Hien Trang – Member of the Board of Directors and General Director
- Mr. Nguyen Thai Duong – Member of the Board of Directors
- Mr. Le Ngoc Tu – Secretary to the Board of Directors
This introduction represented more than a change in corporate governance. It reflected the continuity of the values built throughout Big Leap Research’s 11-year journey while establishing a strong foundation for the Company’s next stage of development.
During the event, representatives of the Board expressed their appreciation to those who laid the foundation and contributed to the Company’s journey over the years. They also reaffirmed the commitment to developing Big Leap Research based on the principles of professionalism, transparency, sustainability, and a strong focus on quality.

The anniversary also brought the Big Leap Research team together to share memorable moments through team videos, awards, employee appreciation gifts, and other activities.

With a new Board of Directors, an experienced team, and more than a decade of operational expertise, Big Leap Research will continue strengthening its CRO and SMO capabilities and contributing to the development of clinical research in Vietnam.
