WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 05 CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATORS (CRCs)
👩⚕️ Position: Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)
📍 Location: Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi, Vietnam
🕘 Working Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) ⏰ (overtime may be required)
🧩 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
🔹 CRCs will support Sponsors/Principal Investigators (PIs) in performing the following tasks:
- Support patient screening and recruitment 🧪
- Schedule and guide patients for follow-up visits 📅
- Prepare and maintain patient medical records 📂
- Assist PIs with data entry into CRF/eCRF (in English) 💻
- Maintain and manage source documents 🗂
- Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ✍️
- Conduct study activities in compliance with SOPs and GCP ✅
- Prepare study equipment and materials ⚙️
- Update investigator files and patient records 📑
- Monitor and remind patients of scheduled visits ⏱
- Report Adverse Events (AE/SAE) ⚠️
- Manage study supplies and order laboratory kits 🌐
- Prepare documents for monitoring and audits 📎
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the PI 📌
🎯 REQUIREMENTS:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields
🗣 Upper-intermediate English proficiency (especially reading and writing skills)
🤝 Good communication skills
